This page contains the SCCTM Conference registration and membership payment links. 

Please download and review the SCCTM Cancellation Refund Policy prior to registering for the conference or joining SCCTM.


Every member and conference attendee must register online.

Attention District Personnel: Do NOT use your personal or school email to register school employees. Each registrant must use his or her own email address for membership and conference registrations. If you wish to pay for invoices for your employees, then you must use the individual's login. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Billing address for credit cards must match address given on application, especially from districts and schools.

(If you are already a member of SCCTM and are currently logged into the site, you should see your profile page with options to change membership types or pay current invoices/renewals. To see the application as it is shown to the public, log out of the site first.)

  • For current and past members wishing to renew or modify membership, please log in to this site using your primary E-Mail account and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the log-in screen. You can always E-Mail our Database Manager  for assistance.
  • For first time applicants, you have the option of paying online by debit card, credit card, or by PayPal. Be sure that the radio button is selected next to your applicable membership level, and then select NEXT to continue with the membership application process. The system will prompt you at each step. 

    When payment is to be made by check or purchase order, choose “invoice me.” If you receive multiple, back-to-back invoices by email, please notify: scctm.reg@gmail.com. You may have mistakenly registered yourself several times. Please only pay once.

When paying by check or purchase order, please mail in a form in order to have your account credited with your payment and/or to have your district invoiced for payment.






Each attendee must register online. Once a check payment or purchase order is received, your account will be credited with the payment and you will be fully registered.


If you are paying or bringing a purchase order to the conference site, please register online prior to getting into the payment line.


Members are eligible for discounted registration fees. If your membership has expired or you wish to join in order to receive discounted conference registration, you must do so prior to completing your online Conference Registration. Your membership must be activated prior to conference registration in order to receive discounted registration.

The form is not needed when payment is made online.


If you have been a member or attended an SCCTM conference previously with a different e-mail address or with your maiden name, please contact: scctm.reg@gmail.com with your previous and current information so that your accounts can be merged and your original membership number can be used.                                                                             


If you do not receive your information, please check your SPAM or Junk e-mail folders.
