Membership Information

• Review the SCCTM Cancellation Refund Policy before registering for the conference or joining the organization.
• All members and conference attendees must register online.
• Attention District Personnel: Do not use your email addresses for school employee memberships or registrations. Each registrant should provide their own email address for membership and conference registration. For invoice payments on behalf of employees, use the individual's login. Please use their personal email address for their alternate email address. Oftentimes, school districts send the SCCTM messages to the spam filter and school employees don't think to check in order to whitelist the messages. They then assume that they didn't receive their registration for the conference.
• Current and former members wishing to renew or modify membership should log in using their primary email and password. For password assistance, reset it on the login screen or contact director@scctmconference.org.
• Payment can be made online with debit card or credit card  Select the radio button next to your membership level and click NEXT to proceed with the application. Follow prompts for each step.
• Choose "invoice me" for payments that will be made by check or purchase order. You may also choose "invoice me" to receive an electronic invoice that you may send to a cardholder. The cardholder will find a link in the email and make payment for you.
• Notify director@scctmconference.org if you receive multiple invoices in error and ensure payment is made only once. (Occasionally, someone registers more than once by mistake. At other times, the attendee may have used a different email address and are already in our system and register more than once using different email addresses. Our system assumes that these are unique individuals with the same name.)
• Each attendee must register for the conference online. Once check payment or a purchase order is received, the account will be credited and registration completed.
• Members do receive discounted conference fees.  You must join, renew, or rejoin SCCTM before registering for discounted conference rates. (Memberships expire on September 30th at midnight.)
• If you have been a member of SCCTM in the past, please don't create a new account. Use your old account or contact director@scctmconference.org to seach for an activate your old account. You don't want to end up with multiple accounts.
