Each conference attendee must be registered online.
Payment may be left pending by choosing "invoice me."
To qualify for the early registration rate, checks or purchases orders must be received by October 15.
After October 15, the registration rate rises by $25. After that date, payment must be made online or by immediately emailing a purchase order, with a check coming later.
Please remember to e-mail all purchase orders right away in order to have registration proccessed promptly.
Current Members need to log into their account in order to register for the conference at the member's rate. Members are eligible for discounted conference rates.
New Members: You may join prior to registering and receive the member's conference rate.

If you are registering someone else, please use their e-mail address within their account.
Please look for your registration confirmation e-mail. It's possible that it will be sent to your SPAM folder by school district SPAM filters. Please check for any email messages that come to you with information about the conference.
Please, DON'T create a second SCCTM account if you already have an SCCTM account.
If you have attended an SCCTM Conference or have been a member previously, please don't create a new account. If your email address has changed or you aren't sure of your e-mail user-name, please contact: director@scctmconference.org
New Members/New Attendees
If your school/district is paying for your membership with a Purchase order or check, please set up your account and join on-line.
This will create an invoice. You may leave the payment pending by choosing "invoice me." The system won't let you register for the conference as a member until your membership payment is processed. Once the PO or check is received, you will be registered for the conference at that time.
Late Registration
The regular registration payment deadline is October 15. Prices increase after that date. Payment must be made or your purchase order must be received by midnight October 15 or the late price will be due.
The late fee has changed with an increase from $10 to $25.
On-site check-in opens before the conference on Wednesday, at 3:00. You will be able to pick up your conference materials early along with a badge holder until 5:00 PM.
On Thursday and Friday mornings, checkin begins at 7:30 AM please bring your conference credentials printed out in order to take advantage of the Fast Track line. (You will only need to check in once.)
Please don't mail or e-mail in a form or Purchase Order when you pay on line.
Members rejoining or new members must complete membership registration online before registering for the conference in order to get the member's rate.
If you do not join SCCTM, your conference fee will be at the higher non-member rate.
If paying by check, please print and mail in the Check and Purchase Order Membership & Conference Registration form for the 20 Conference or make sure that the name(s) of attendees are included on the check stub or on a list is included. The online invoice numbers will work as well. We want to be sure to credit the correct accounts as soon as possible.
When paying by purchase order for later billing, please e-mail your purchase order and provide the names and e-mail addresses of conference attendees.
Please have each attendee set up an account on line, using their own email address.
When paying by check, you may print and mail in the Check and Purchase Order Membership & Conference Registration form for the 2023 Conference or just make sure that the name(s) of attendees and/or the SCCTM invoice numbers are included on the check stub.
You don't have to mail or e-mail the entire invoice. A list of invoice numbers is acceptable. We want to be sure to credit the correct accounts as soon as possible.
If you need an invoice with the Purchase order number included on the invoice, please email and make that request. (director@scctmconference.org) Please include the name of the attendee(s) and the other information that you need included on the invoice. The invoice will then be emailed to you.
- SCCTM Registration Check or PO Form for 2024 if needed. (This form is for the convenience of schools and district. SCCTM doesn't need this form. SCCTM requires that each attendee registers online.
- All attendees must register online. Payment may be left pending for check or PO payments.) The Check or PO form isn't nee/or SCCTM invoice number) is included on the PO or check stub or on an included list.
Each attendee must register online. Once a check payment or purchase order is received, the account will be credited with payment or the PO credit and the attendee(s) will be fully registered. A receipt will be emailed to the email address of the attendee. The attendee can then forward the receipt to their finance office.
