Member registration fees are discounted. If you wish to receive the discounted member rates, please be sure your membership is current. You may join or renew your membership before you register to receive the discounted rate.

Full time undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for discounted registration fees.

The Authors' Luncheon is on Friday, November 7.

Early Registration deadline is October 18, 2014. Prices increase after that date.

The prices listed here are for online credit card registrations and include a small fee to cover service charges. If you wish to mail in your registration, please print the Registration Form and mail it with a check for the prices noted on the pdf form to the address at the bottom of the form.

Members are eligible for discounted registration fees. If your membership has expired or you wish to join, please do so prior to completing your Conference Registration.
