Each conference attendee must complete online registration.
The register button is on the bottom of the left-hand column of this page. Members need to log into their account in order to register for the conference at the member's rate. You may join prior to registering and receive the member's conference rate.
If your school/district is paying for your membership with a Purchase order or check, please set up your account and join on-line. This will create an invoice. You may leave the payment pending. The system won't let you register for the conference as a member until your membership payment is processed. Once the PO or check is received, you will be registered for the conference at that time.
The early Registration deadline is October 15. Prices increase after that date. Payment must be made by October 15 or the late/on-site price will be due.
- On-site registration opens before the conference on Wednesday, at 4:00 PM. You will be able to pick up your conference materials and badge holder until 6:30 PM.
- Please bring your conference credentials printed out in order to take advantage of the Fast Track line.
Don’t mail in a form when you pay on line.
- Members rejoining or new members must complete membership registration online before registering for the conference in order to get the member's rate.
- If you do not join SCCTM, your conference fee will be at the higher non-member rate.
- If paying by check, please print and mail in the Check and Purchase Order Membership & Conference Registration form for the 2019 Conference.
- When paying by purchase order for later billing, you may email or mail your purchase order and the registration form providing conference attendee information (names and email addresses.) Please have all attendees register onlinel, leaving payment pending when paying by check or PO.
When paying by check or purchase order, please mail in a form in order to have your account credited with your payment and/or to have your district invoiced for payment.
Each conference attendee must complete online registration.
Each attendee must register online. Once a check payment or purchase order is received, your account will be credited with the payment and you will be fully registered.
If you are paying or bringing a purchase order to the conference site, please register online prior to getting into the payment line.
Members are eligible for discounted registration fees. If your membership has expired or you wish to join in order to receive discounted conference registration, you must do so prior to completing your online Conference Registration. Your membership must be activated prior to conference registration in order to receive discounted registration.
